Get help from us with non-emergency medicine and preventative healthcare.

Our convenient appointment booking form means you can access a GP at the time of your choosing. Make an appointment now and the GP will call you on the phone at the time you ask for. We offer slots at the weekend, and before and after the working day, so there’s no need to miss work to get health advice.

We provide a community GP service, but our doctors can refer patients on for more advanced care with specialists. They can also commissions tests, diagnostics and imaging. And they can prescribe, too.

Our telemedicine service is perfect for workers and students, as well as those living in remote areas who have to travel long distances to see a GP. A GP appointment over the phone is helpful for housebound people, seniors and persons with disabilities. It allows them to manage their own health with dignity and independence.

When you make a GP phone appointment, you can get healthcare without travelling or using mass transit, and without sitting in a waiting room.

Can a GP prescribe medicines over the phone?

GPs can prescribe over the phone. During your phone consultation, they will write the prescription and send it to whichever pharmacy you ask for. Then you can pick up your meds when they are ready.

Is it safe to get medical advice over the phone?

There are more than 500 illnesses that doctors can safely diagnose and treat in a phone call. GPs are highly trained and expert at spotting worrying signs and can quickly refer you to a specialist if that is needed. And, of course, if they think you need emergency care, they will tell you to phone 911 straight away.

Do you keep any medical data about me?

We have to collect some information about you during your appointment, and your GP needs to make a record of the advice they give you. This is uploaded to your medical record, and your family doctor will be able to see it if they need to. So, you can be assured that your medical information is as safe with us as it is with your family doctor.
